Go for cardio!
Nope, this is not ultimate Frisbee or competition level soccer, but to be able to make full use of your body during those kitesurfing courses, you must have a good cardio workout to back you up. Remember that for any intense activity, your heart muscles will be placed in a lot of stress. And if you want to overcome that stress and use your body to its full capacity, your heart needs to be in tip-top shape. So why don’t you engage in aerobic exercises like running and swimming? It will greatly boost your kitesurfing skills!
